I called Dell tech support and dell sales team also had conversation on chat i have call recordings and chat as proof. They promised better support after sales but they dont even bother to answer calls. I have call recordings where CCE just hung up when just asked his name that just not once but twice then third time its just ivr no human to answer. It voilation of positive consumer treatment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
