Bhaskar Munagala filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Jul 18, 2019
I have applied for shifting of connection from a location next to our building. Initially, they told it should be shifted within ** to ** working days. It did not happen and it is getting prolonged till now. Meanwhile, I have complained several times to customer service and no one is provided with a solution. I had been to the local office of ACT thrice now. I also tried emailing them but there was no action taken by them. I have to work from home some assignment and it got extended and also mental tension. Could you please take action on this.
