Jeeves And Flipkart - No service from Jeeves n services

Hi

I raised first Laptop service request for my Lenovo Laptop on April **,**** to FlipKart/ Jeeves

Laptop Hinge was stuck and I was not able to open the screen, so I raised the case to FlipKart
(As my Laptop is under warranty because I have purchased Complete Laptop Protection (* Year) from FlipKart served via Jeeves on Nov **, ****.)
I raised the service request to Flipkart/ Jeeves on April **,**** and that time one job sheet was created J**************** and received via mail ID update@f*infoservices.com.

One engineer Mr, Sachin (mobile: **********) visited on April **,**** and try to resolve the issue and spend *.** hrs that day, but unfortunately he broken some thing and he update need to change the plastic back panel of screen and it will be arranged in * - * days , when it become available he will visit again.

When he left he didn't close the laptop properly and left it in an open condition I am attaching the snaps for the same.

It was the last help received by F*info / Jeeves/ Flipkart , after that I have made ** -** calls to jeeves/ flipkart and send same number of mail to them but in the return I received only * things , one is apologies for late and second "TARIKH PE TARIKH"

Now I am lost completely. My wait for a solution crossed one and half months. I am sending you this mail as a last hope of help.

All the jobsheet received from their end is attached along with a laptop/ protection plan purchase invoice.
