Purchased apple iphone SE(Rs.*****)and one year extended warranty (Rs.***) vide order IDOD****************** on **th Sep., ****.My phone was dead on **th Nov, ****.Requested for service on **th Nov through M/s Jeevs (their authorised extended warranty provider) who refused as the invoice for extended warranty received from flipkart does not mention make,model and IMEI no of mobile. Called many times to M/s Jeeves and Flipkart and always got assurance that the problem shall be sorted within **-** hours. Six days passed, their **-** hours is always extended whenver I made a call.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
