I raise multiple service request through customer complaint to change the filters of my RO + UV water purifier. The service requext numbers are **********, **********, **********, **********, ********** and **********. But every time i only get the assurance that service engineer will visit asap, but unfortunately till date no action had been taken from the company side. I already taken AMC for * years. The AMC details are Invoice No : **A******* Ref No : *********
Invoice Date : **.**.****. Now the expiry date is approaching and only ** days are left.
I also wrote * emails to there customer care ID. But then also no action had been taken.
