Myntra.com - No return and refund

I have purchased a Nike jacket of charcoal and grey colour size small with order no-*******-*******-*******. They delivered damage and defective product ( stitching problem). So I raised a return request with return request no-********** on **th Feb ****. They hold the return and told to get approval for this return. I contacted myntra customer care and raised a complaint but after * days they declined my return. So, I raised another return request with return no-********** for the same product and this time I sent the images to myntra customer care and again they cancelled my approval. They told we delivered the product after post quality inspection but I got the damaged product. Myntra forced the customer to keep the damaged product. They are doing fraud with the customer and looted our money. I want my money back.
