Tinku Hore filed complaint against Blue Star India on May 21, 2025
I purchased a Blue Star *.* Ton * Star Convertible Inverter Split AC (Model IC***YNUR) from Amazon on **/**/****. As per the standard warranty policy, I am entitled to * free services during the first year. However, not a single free service has been provided so far.
I did not receive any calls, messages, or emails from Blue Star to schedule these services. Neither my parents were informed about how to avail those free services. I have already written a detailed email to Blue Star customer support, but I have not received any reply or resolution.

I am now forced to escalate the matter as my warranty period is running out, and I am being denied the entitled service. I request the intervention of the consumer grievance forum to ensure I receive the full pending services without further delay.
