Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - No response from MakeMyTrip

I booked a flight with MakeMyTrip on Spicejet earlier today. There was a mistake in the date as I was supposed to be traveling this week. But the tickets got booked for Nov **. I contacted the airlines and they were ready to assist. They told there wouldn't be any extra charge for correcting the date/cancelling within ** hours of booking. But they needed an agency ID. I told we booked on the online portal and not via any agent. They were still saying they can access it and change the PNR only with the agency ID. I've been trying to contact MakeMyTrip ever since then. All their customer care services are down. There's nobody to clarify and assist in this. They are not responding to mails as well. While the airlines seem to be ready to help, the portal is being non-responsive to the whole issue. There's only a chatbot that gives answers that we ourselves can find. There's no other human in the company who is assisting with the issue.
