I have contacted DTDC phone support * times for a status update. Everytime I called I get a response that "we have registered a complaint & escalated to concerned department, they will respond with the exact status of shipment". But for past * days I am still waiting for that response. The tracking status on your website was last updated on **th July & it's been * days now without any update. Your phone support agent assured that I will receive the shipment by **th July. But I haven't received it yet & waiting eagerly for an update. The shipment contains a laptop which is very essential for me at this moment. I am really disappointed & frustrated with the lethargic response I have received.
I hope you understand my concern & take this escalation seriously. Please notify me the current status & expected delivery date ASAP. PFB the shipment details -
