I have purchased AMC Package for my Aquaguard but no service person is visiting home to do maintenance. As I have paid already for package they claim, if you renew it online we often tend to not visit. To get regular service customer needs to take amc package from service agents. How pathetic behaviour.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
