GTPL BROADBAND PVT LTD - No respect for the customer who had paid in advance

I wish to complain about the broadband service provider in Bharuch (GTPL Gujarat). As its been almost * month and still they are not able to shift my broadband connection in the same locality as they had already done the survey and confirmed the feasibility as well before collecting the amount for shifting other then the subscription amount for ** months which are pending to be finished. Even their appealing authority don't revert on my emails other than just a formalities stating that 'my request is under process' that too from past one month. It's surprising. And now I had been getting a messages on my registered mobile no stating that the request had been closed successfully. I think we are been blackmailed now a days from the broadband service providers as they collect the subscription charges in advance only, and the peoples who are staying in a small towns does not have more option. And no TRIA regulation are applicable on the Broadband service providers in India.
