Hello,
I took a broadband plan from GTPL company in Ahemdabad, Odhav area. They have a ritual to pay first they will process further. I did the same , I paid the whole amount and expected that they will install.
I contacted customer service to know the status and they said there is no fiber line so we cannot install it in your location.
I asked them to refund and mailed them too
But there is no information about it anymore.
I did not get the service , atleast I should get me refund
This will a scam, kindly help
