GTPL BROADBAND PVT LTD - No installation not refunding money
Simmi Patel filed complaint against GTPL BROADBAND PVT LTD on May 9, 2023
GTPL salesman came to our building on **-Apr-**** and assured of same day free installation and took ***% Advance Rs. **** (Receipt no. R***************). Thereafter he stopped answering phone. After followup and calling customer service, their men came on **-Apr-**** but did not do installation and said that installation has to be done by customer. How is customer supposed to do installation? When we fit any machine (eg. simple RO machine), the company comes and does the installation. How is customer expected to know how to do Broadband installation? I asked to cancel the connection and refund my money. They are not refunding and everytime I call their customer care number, the response is that their systems are getting updated and so they cannot check the refund status.
