Ramrao Kulkarni filed complaint against GTPL BROADBAND PVT LTD on Jun 27, 2020
I have made payment of **** on **/**/****, the sales executive told the installation will be done in next ** hours but it's been more than a week and no one from the GTPL has reached out to for installation, I tried to connect with multiple people but once they speak and inform that the installation will be done and they block the number so that we can't reach them back.
I need my money back immediately and I have no trust on the service. I would reach out to some other value added service providers.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
