I lodged complainant on ** sep **** to airtel customer care that there is some setting in router which doesn't allow my laptop to be connected to VPN while connected to its wifi. Also on connecting its wifi I cannot make WhatsApp calling. While I can use vpn and WhatsApp calling on mobile data. I got call from them it will be resolved in * hours. And they closed the complaint without contacting me and without solving the issue. I waited * days. I again called made the problem reopen. They again did same. I am continually re opening the issue. But i am not getting the solution. In between I talked to senior supervisors but didn't get the solution. In between I got only three calls but no solution. I have to do my office work on VPN but since ** sep **** I have not done any work. As I am doing work from home if I don't work I will not be paid. Please help this issue. I have lost more than *****INR but it's ok to write only ***** INR.
