Zomato - No resolution

This is with reference to order ID: **********
Wrong dishes were delivered. Instead of chilli chicken, the chicken roll stuffing was given. Instead of fried rice, it was jeera rice. The quality of food was not at all good. The food is left as it is, we’ve not even eaten it.
The pics have been attached for your reference.
The customer support is not responsive. There is no resolution provided for our problem on the chat support.
This is the second incident in one month. Earlier wrong cake was delivered and no compensation was provided for that as well.
Please provide immediate resolution for this problem and don’t release the money for the restaurant until it’s done.
