Flipkart - No Replacement or Refund

I purchased a cpu from flipkart,But different brand and different color has been sent to me and I received the damaged product with it.I contacted Flipkart's customer service. Said that Sir, I have received different product. Color is also different and with, I got the brand difference.He listened to me and after that he said, you will be replaced, but the replacement is being rejected again and again. I contacted him again and again. Even then, I repeatedly reject those replacements. They also give returns on their behalf and reject the returns with them. Sir, my replacement is not approving.
