Nykaa - No replacement for the damaged product

I placed an order of * items on *th Oct and it got delivered to me on *th Oct. But one of the items was damaged/not sealed; I placed a replacement order on the same date *th Oct. But till now, I have not received any resolution for my complaint. I have been following up with their customer care executives via calls, chats, SM etc and everytime I get to hear the same reply that they are working on it. Also their courier partner is not even contacting me but daily updating as they are not able to contact me which is not true!! I requested Nykaa to change their courier partner and they are not doing that as well!!I am fed up now! It’s not about money but feeling of betrayal ! Never expected from a company like Nykaa!! I have even included their CEO in the communication but there is no update!
