Swiggy instamart - No refunds given

I had ordered items worth ₹*** from Swiggy instamart.I wanted the order quickly but these people were taking a long time as they could not find any delivery partner to deliver the order.Sometimes it was shown for ** minutes, sometimes it was shown for ** minutes.After waiting for a long time, I messaged to cancel the order.He continued talking for a long time but did not cancel the order, then at last he asked for confirmation to cancel the order.Swiggy Instagrammark has a hundred percent cancellation and no refund policy.Which I could not understand due to which I canceled the order.That's why I want that either their policy should be changed or half of the cancellation money should be returned to the customer.Very wrong policy. I ordered goods worth ₹*** and neither did I receive my goods. Whereas I even said that I should return my goods only. Do that again as per my order. But still they neither returned my order nor gave me even half of the refund amount..
