Snapmint Financial Services Pvt.ltd. - ECS Deduction Despite Request For Extension and Unjustified Charges

I have * loans going on with the company and in the month of August I was unable to pay the emi as my father had a fall and I on the same time after he was stable went ahead and sent an email to them stating for an extension, I was on call with their rep and told them everything and requested for extension. I made the payment by around **th August or so and eventually everything went back to normal. But there was another emergency and I had to transfer money from my fathers account to mine and little did I know they blocked and amount of **** directly and this is dated on **th of September. Out of no where the amount was blocked and I had a word with my bank who told me about this. I later sent a mail to snapmint they later on called me and told me to share the statement and I asked multiple times if they have tried taking the money in multiple occassion even after me telling them that I needed an extension to which their rep said they take it on *rd August, but on the statement it is visible that they have taken the ECS multiple times due to which the amount of ₹**** was directly blocked. And the fun part here is the EMI pay monthly is around ₹****. I shared the statement, I looped in RBI Ombudsman on the email, it's been around * to ** emails I have shared but they (snapmint) are not even bothered to rectify the issue. Instead they are sending me messages stating "our person will come to your home/office" "we are reporting this to relevant authorities" etc. Which is making me mentally stressed out. I NEED HELP.
