Amazon - No refund

I purchased ACER LAPTOP from amazon.in . ORDER # ***-*******-*******, Total Amount paid via credit card - Rs **,***/-

Laptop was defective . it was not getting powered on. Amazon customer service suggested they will send technician to check and submit report and then laptop can be returned. However, technician did not visit as per schedule and he closed service request even before scheduled time of appointment. I told Amazon customer service on **nd Aug about this incident but till date, there is no revert from them .

so returned laptop on **th Aug.

As per message on amazon.in portal, it is mentioned that refund is initiated but it will take *-* days.

When I asked for reason for *-* days of delay to get back amount, I did not get proper answer from amazon or ICICI bank.

In era of digital transactions, NEFT/RTGS , Why it should take so much of time to get refund. They told ,it is as per RBI guidelines that it takes *-* days and in some cases it may take ** days also

These companies are using our money for several days and then refunding money after several days

I would like to submit complaint against Amazon for delay in refund
