I had booked flight tickets from booking.com from Dubai to mumbai for my family, airline was air India as my trip got cancelled I have called the airline and cancelled my tickets where aproxx I was supposed to get my refund of ***** inr.
After mailing several times to booking.com they are refunding my money no supplies from booking. Com at all now I have decided to take legal action against them.
Please help me how to go about it.
