I had booked my holiday with Make My Trip in the month of Jan ****, and due to covid pandemic, i had to cancel the trip in the month of March. I have raised the refund request, contacted them in all possible ways. Still i haven't received my refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
