Raksha Nathwani filed complaint against Jio mart on May 5, 2023
A product was bought from jio mart for which they delivered a wrong product. Further, we asked for a refund they took the product back on **th March **** however till date we haven't recieved any refund despite of several follow ups. They always say it will take some time or say there is some technical glitch.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
