Ritul Ritul filed complaint against Airtel on May 21, 2025
I was registered and paid ****.**rs amount for airtel broadband connection. For urgency i advised to connect my brodband same day, but engeneers was came after a day, as pe engineer's they disagree to connect the connection because they stated that the power connection is too low at my house and suggested me to cancel and request for refund. I did same, I was called everyday for ** days for cancellation and refund. Rep. Stayed that they will refund mony next *-** days, many of rep suggested me for wait ** hrs. Also some of suggested me for *-* days. Now it's ** days or more no cancellation massage and no confirmation i have for refund. I also Mailed multi times support team just started that you will get resolution in next ** hrs. I am going to frustrated day by day. I filled the complaint also but no response from there side. Really very disappointed from airtel. Now the last option i have that is consumers cort.
