I ordered Ant Esports KM**** LED keyboard and mouse, it was a combo product on **th of July and paid full amount of ₹***. It was delivered on **rd of July. Order id OD******************. I opened the box and found only the keyboard and not the mouse. The mouse was missing. I called the customer service and told them about the issue and requested for a replacement, the customer service executive raised a hand to hand replacement request on my behalf. I raised my concern on the same day. After complaining and calling them * times they said they will give me a resolution after * days that is **th of July, but the date was already crossed and they did not send me any updates neither they called me. On **th July I found that the replacement request is cancelled without my consent. I again called them, they gave me the replacement approval. The replacement product was shipped and it came to my doorstep on **st July, but the delivery boy misbehaved, he said he don't know about the mouse, his supervisor has not told him about the mouse, so he rejected the replacement. Then I again called up the customer care, they said they will raise a complaint against the delivery boy and product will be picked up surely. Then on *th July another delivery person came, he saw the product, called his supervisor and supervisor said not to take it. The delivery person told me that the rejection reason is not matching. I was shocked, i said that the replacement was created by the customer care executive only, so what can a customer do here if there is so much word of difference between the customer care and logistics? He said he cant help, and told me to again connect with them and choose the right reason.
It was not in my hand so i called up again. First an agent told me that yes the rejection reason would be missing product instead of which they had put missing accessory's. He then put my call on hold for * minutes for checking the details, then when he again resumed the call, he totally denied, he said reason is correct, team will connect with you, then he disconnected the call.
It was the team leader who just told him to drive away the customer and go to the next call, so he denied.
I am totally exhausted, harassed in every possible way. The logistics is blaming customer care and the customer care is blaming logistics. There's a huge difference between their words. The customer care is of no use, they dont even read complaints properly, always harass customers, repeats the same thing again and again. Every time the return is getting rejected because of the difference in their statements and customers money, effort, time everything is wasted. Every time different agents calls me and i keep on repeating the same thing, they just say we are forwarding a complaint and they just increase the time frame.But they never rectify the complaint. No one is helping me. On *th of July I received another call from flipkart and a lady said what's your issue tell from the beginning, she also was claiming that she's from concerned team, which was a lie, because she did not have any resolution and was misbehaving rudely. Next day on *th July she again called me and was insisting me to allow her to CANCEL the replacement request. I told her not to do so. They were supposed to provide me a resolution by *th of July, but tonight I found the request is CANCELLED without my consent and it is the *th time they did it to me.
