Yatra Com - No Refund or Credit Shell

My return flight from Bangalore to Srinagar was cancelled due to Covid-**. Indigo initially offered a credit shell which I thought was fine. However, recently when I tried to book a new flight on Indigo, to my horror, Indigo customer support told me that Yatra.com had requested for a refund which was already issued. Now I have been trying to reach Yatra, they are not responding at all. There is no number for domestic airlines that can be called and one is completely relying on Email communication which is not helpful. My booking was made in Feb, ****. My travel date was *st April ****. So it has been quiet some time. I believe Yatra thought that I had forgotten about it and just want to keep the money.
