Vikash Das filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 4, 2018
I ordered Fish Thali with order no *********** on Swiggy dated **-**-****.
I received the order well in time. But when i checked it, some items were missing. There was no biryani rice and solkadhi in the parcel.
Despite being hungry, i tried to raise issue using Swiggy app. I had a conversation with customer executive. After checking a while he said the order cannot be replaced at the moment. So i asked for the refund.
However, he said the refund cannot be processed, but as a token of apology swiggy will give me a coupon of **rs only. I disagreed as i have paid a huge amount for the order.
Now, i have paid ***rs for my order. But i got only half the items. And instead of getting a genuine refund, i am said to get **rs only. Is this justified??
I then tried mailing to support@swiggy.in. I got a reply with their apology and feedback system. But nothing was said about the refund.
I then again tried to chat with customer executive but according to her, nothing can be done as the issue was * days old.
As of now, I got no refund of my valuable money. Neither i liked the way swiggy treated me giving useless remarks. As I am a regular customer (ordering daily past * months), i have lost all my trust on Swiggy.
Now i want Swiggy to take strict action on this issue and request them to stop following unethical business policies.
