Dear Sir/Ma'mMy booking I’ds are- NF**************, NF**************, NF**************, all the bookings I have cancelled on **.*.**** at *.**pm-*.**pm. I was trying to find my refunds on MakeMyTrip on *.**.**** evening and was shocked to see that on these two bookings- NF**************, NF************** they are showing myself and my mother Sankari Pal have travelled from Delhi to Silchar on **.**.****. And this booking of **.**.****- NF************** yet not cancelled, though I have got confirmation of all cancellations I have made on **th of May,****. Customer care executives and not available at all in ant no and computer generated supports are not able to take quarries. Unable to understand how to resolve the trouble created by MakeMyTrip.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
