Myntra and Ekart Logistics - No refund inspite pickup

I gave the item to delivery agent on **th Oct, * pm. He said that he is new and not able to find the product code so he will return later and left with the item. He then called me at *:** pm and said your item is not getting returned due to product code mismatch, so I will come and give it back tomorrow. But he did not came to return it and neither I got refund. I have complained to myntra several times and told them that they can check the call recordings to verify that I actually gave the item but they are not resolving my issue. They just say that the pickup was not made. They ask me to share some confirmation sms but ekart did not send me any confirmation sms. However, they can check the call recordings. I even asked them to just share the delivery agent name and contact info so that I can follow on it myself but they just closed my issue without giving any explanation. I have lost **** rs. I want them to give me my money or atleast give me the delivery agent details.
