Air India confirmed about flight cancellation from Pune to Chandigarh and on the same day, I called paytm to kindly refund my amount. On **th of December ****, they refunded the same amount In Icici account but I have no Icici account. I paid the money to paytm via upi from my sbi bank account. In my account statement, there’s no refund from paytm till date. In their email, they replied that they contacted my bank but they are telling a lie. Five times I shared my bank statement from the day to the date as they told me to send. Please help me out.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
