I booked for a hotel using Amazon pay and amount was deducted. But it did not show any booking on mmt app.
The customer care number does not even have option for entertaining any complaint. All options finally end up saying visit our app or website.
App or website has no option to contact them or to file a complaint.
I need my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
