My flight was cancelled due to lockdown in April and I am filing refund request in make ky trip app since April. Each time I called their customer care no they will make you wait for ** min for transferring the call to concerned department and then cut the call. I jad already raise * requests for refund still got nothing. The airline already said they are providing ***% refund if the booking app provides refund. And the airline has already issued the refund. Make my trip people are keeping my money to get intrest on the same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
