Hi Team,
I feel ashamed of me for shopping at Flipkart. It's the support experience not the shopping experience. Your first level agents are incompetent, perhaps incapable or assist customers, in my case, especially.
I had ordered an office chair and that was defective and very next day I requested for a replacement or a refund. Since then I had spoken with 'n' number of support agents coz the calls get disconnected most of the times. It's been almost a month since the issue is yet to be resolved. Yesterday, out of the blue, the escalation team called me to inform that they could issue a refund and they required my bank details to process the same. Wondered, when I placed the order online why do they need bano details again. Nonetheless, I was fine since the issue would be resolved after a long time. However, to my surprise there was no email from the escalation team to reply with bank details and since yesterday I've been trying to get in touch with with support team, but on contrary the attempts I made to get a consolidated update on this issue went in vain.. Want the refund for the chair.
