Spice Jet - No refund for cancellled Airline Ticket

Hi SpiceJet,

I am supposed to fly on this flight along with my family,V.Palaniappan....My PNR is SDBD*D.
I had booked a flight for Shirdi to Chennai,travel date being ** March,**** and booking date being ** Nov,****.
Since National lockdown *.* was set from March ** till April **,
(When i contacted customer care,they told me rescheduling was the only option) I rescheduled the ticket to ** April as per your advice.

But then Lockdown *.* was extended until May *,hence flights were cancelled.
So,i have decided not to travel by flight at all for next few years.

So, pls refund me the full money(without any cancellation charge) back to my credit card.

I do not want any money to be retained in your credit shell as I dont want to fly for the next * years..I have cancelled my trip altogether.
Credit shell is a fraudulent way of retaining passengers money.


Also,you cannot force me to fly only by SpiceJet which is unethical and illegal.
