My prepaid Order canceled by jiomart itself it was said refund within * working days. so I took another order and in another order damaged items was delivered so I didn’t take order. The delivery guy said refund will be for items not taken by me but in JioMart app order showing delivered despite I had not taken order of more than half of items. both case no refund to me and it’s been ** days. so I registered issue in JioMart app and wrote mail too. I have got calls from JioMart and they said it will be resolved within ** hours. But now in app it’s showing issue resolved as they tried to call customer two times and customer was not contactable hence closing the case. Here my issue isn’t resolved since no refund of my money. A business unit of India’s richest person is being richer and richer day by day by scamming normal people like us and taking away our hard earned little money.
