It has been more than * weeks; EMT staff is fooling me for the refund of EMT******** by giving me false refund dates and transaction IDs. I have many such mails as evidence. Everyday they change the refund date and transaction ID. Zeeshan Zafar (Assistant Manager) and Shubham Rouhlea (Senior Supervisor) has been mailed many times but thye have not answered even one of my mails. Their customer care executive pretend to arrange call back but no one calls back. Once I got a call back around * in the night and when the supervisor was confronted with evidence, he did not have any answer and hence disconnected the call. I want you to take action against this organisation. There are ***s of similar refund issues raised by other consumers against this company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
