Reliance Trends - no refund even product returned

A product as Lee cooper(Genuine leather derby shoes) one pair worth of

Rs.****/- was purchased from Reliance Trends shopping portal on **th

of November'****, the mode of payment was COD(cash on delivery)

Rs.****/- which was paid on *th of December'**** when shoes were

delivered. the product was faulty and company took is back as return

on *oth of December'****, as the company doesn't have replace policy

(whereas refund policy is applied) and i got the refund of Rs.****/-

on **th of December'****(Time Being) in my Reliance Trends account,

the said amount was again deducted from my Reliance Trends Account on

**th of December'****. when it was inquired about the debit of said

amount from my Reliance Trends Account from the customer care

executive of same company, it was given as an assurance to refund the

said amount within ** to ** hrs but one week ( * days)is over, there

is no refund.with this regard an email was sent on the same day of

complaint to customer care team on **th of December'****. There should

be a strict action taken against the company for such irregularity and

irresponsibility against the valuable customer.
