This booking was wrongly cancelled by MMT executive without my consent. On discussion with the executive I had to rebook myself paying extra amount. I was told the difference in invoice would be reimbursed and also the Double Black Membership Zero Cancellation Charge policy that I had in the cancelled booking would be extended to the rebooked ones. I have this in an email confirmation from MMT. Yet none of the words were kept. I have been following up with MMT since two weeks now and all they say is they'll get back in **-**hrs. None of that happened either.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
