Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection - No progress on mobile warranty claim

I bought a mobile from Flipkart which is insured by Jeeves till oct **.

Unfortunately, my mobile screen got damaged and so thought of claiming the warranty from Jeeves. So, raised a claim request, sent images of the damaged product as per their instructions via email and finally paid Rs ****/- as processing fee for the whole process.

I done all the above process on Jun ** itself, but still (July ** as of now) my damaged product is not picked up and there is no progress over the claim request.

Their customer representatives keep on asks me to wait for * business days when ever I call them. It's been more than **days I waited and still they say to wait for other * days.

I am not sure they are gonna solve my issue, so asked for a refund of processing I paid and they claim it's a non refundable amount. Without providing service they are cheating the customers.
