Jumme koyu filed complaint against Zivame on Sep 19, 2021
Ordered *products from zivame on **th june, got massage that product has been successfully delivered on **th of july. I raised a complain immediately that I didnt receive any product and the executive asked me to wait for **hrs and told me there is some technical issue and zivame investigator will be looking after this matter. Now after complaining for many times its been a month now no refund and no respond has been initiated by them. Delivery date now shown on my account is **th september **** and it keep on extending.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
