Amazon India - No pickup from seven days

Item ordered inalsa mixer grinder. Order no. ***-*******-*******
Delivered on ** the August.
Placed a return request on **th August
Everyday I receive false message stating pickup couldn't be completed as door was locked which in fact was not.
Begging to take the item back everyday still not done

I ordered another mixer grinder pigeon grinder parallely thinking that by the item order is delivered, the previous mixer will be picked up
Placed the return request for second mixer, same story is getting repeated for this also.
I ordered both the mixers for my mother in gurgaon. I am currently working in Bangalore.
She is old and not digitally aware. So, I don't want to ask her to self ship
The pickup agent never calls on either of the two numbers given.
