So I placed an order on nykaa amidst the lockdown , and the order never arrived, it said that the delivery guy attempted calling but couldn't reach , I didn't receive any call , it happened the first day so I contacted them and gave them an alternative number but I didn't receive any call again, I updated on the app as well but no response, then I was told that refund was raised and after a couple of days when I check they say nothing has been raised and only when it returns to the warehouse they will refund and they haven't refunded
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
