Gtpl Hathway Private Limited - No internet connection and no one solution provided after multiple complains

I have been using GTPL Hathway for the past six months and on April **th the internet stopped working previously the same issue has appeared but after complaining the connection was restored. This time I tried to complain to them a lot of times but they keep closing my complain ID without resolving my issue and they did this several times and finally after ** days the issue was resolved and now, the same problem has been repeated. My internet stopped on * June and their has been no response from the GTPL team and when ever i ask for resolution all they do is give me a complain ID and that closes out after * days. Finally when they gave me the complain ID that will close out only when i say the issue is resolved no one is taking any effort towards resolving the problem. It has been a mental torture.
