I have renewed my gtpl broadband subscription on dt.**.**.**** for ** Mbps speed unlimited for ** month. Earlier my plan was for ** Mbps speed. When I checked broadband speed on my pc by ookla speed test , I found ** Mbps speed. So I raised complain about broadband speed not as per plan. Customer care centre of gtpl Ltd. after passing *-* days , without any solution they message me that your complain is resolved. Even though I have provided them photo of speed test. If Gtpl Hathway is not capable to provide services as per their advertise of ** Mbps speed than refund my excess amount charged.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
