Gtpl Hathway Private Limited - GTPL making Fool

Hi, I had took GTPL connection and paid money on July **th **** through Shailesh Solanki at Gandhidham Kutch location. I paid them Rs **** through gpay and got receipt and my customer ID got generated on same day. After so many calls to him the technician set up broad on Aug **th **** , the sales person was rude and When I went to his office and forcefully asked him to do this as it has been more than * weeks then he set up the broadband office. But still after setting up the broadband i don't have internet connection as he intentionally he did not registered my router mac ID and I was not aware of that and since last three days i am taking follow up with customer care people but they will speak up scripted dialogue.
