I have done advance payment to GSTP axisbank account and the amount is **** for **mbps *month plan by **-**-****. but still, installation is pending. I have done so many called to the salesperson but he didn't receive my call. I have logged a complaint to direct head office but did not get any result. because of that my productivity is going to down and it will impact my job also.
