Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd - No Internet Connection after technician took modem

I raised a ticket on **/**/**** for speed issues .
The Technicians came home, checked and said there was an issue with the internet box, so they had to take the modem and replace it from that day on there is no resolution, and they keep closing my tickets and I keep reopening them.
I have not got any resolution till now.
