No Internet Access from Past * Days and Customer Service is not responding. I had already lost * days leave due because of this and the fucking executive ACT service not yet responding.. I had explained the situaiton to my manager but he asked me to apply leaves. as i dont have any leave balance i am getting charged LOP.
How the hell no one cares about the complaint raised? i went to ACT fibernet office too and it was closed which means as the people are working from home they are not actually working, not going out to resolve issues they are just faking.
as per customer service issue was expected to resolve by **rd mrng ** a.m. which we complained * days earlier.
