GTPL BROADBAND PVT LTD - Internet gets disconnected multiple times in a day for hours and no one from jodhpur office attend t

Its been * months since i have facing the problem. I got faced two problems one is they said they will give you optical fibre connection but i got normal cable when i asked them for it they said we have optical fibre to the box only from which your wire has connected.
The main problem with this company is the service the internet goes off every day , sometimes whole days and sometimes whole night. And whenever i call them they always have a same reason that our inverter is not working and cable has cut and the location where is your box has no electricity. I dont have access to internet for hours. And when i get internet on the Speed is not the one they said. I have complained every single day for this issue. Once i call and ask any of the employee, engineer or manager they never pick up the call second time never. Worthless service worthless internet .help me
